Boy, 6, Falls from Window
In yet another incident of a child falling from a window, a 6 year old from Gothenburg fell 6 floors to the ground Friday night, but survived with no life-threatening injuries. He is now being cared for in a local hospital.Police say a man tried to catch the boy as he fell, and this may have saved his life.

Should Sweden's development assistance be used to finance projects other than those traditionally regarded as pure development co-operation? Sweden is known for its generosity when it comes to international development co-operation. Sweden is the only country which has allotted 1% of its GNI for the international development co-operation. But since the current government came to power three years ago it has made introduced new elements such as using part of the development assistance budget to finance certain projects. And now the minister in charge of international development co-operation says it may not be such a bad idea to use development assistance money to train Swedish who would serve in troubled areas around the world.But non-governmental organisations working with international development co-operation are opposed to the idea. And as Azariah Kiros reports the controversial issue has also divided the government.
