| Russians Deny Arms on Board Arctic Sea The Russian foreign minister has spoken out for the first time to reject speculation that the Maltese freighter Arctic Sea – hijacked in Swedish waters and disappearing for several weeks – had smuggled field artillery on board.The ship with its Russian crew was loaded with Finnish timber and was on its way to Algeria when it vanished from the radar screens.
